Description : We are looking for 10 commission-based sales associates to be part of our growing team. We are looking for competitive, pro-active, self-motivated and goal-oriented candidates. Applicants should be able to work independently or with a team harmoniously.
We are a rapidly growing company with about 15 dynamic individuals based in the Pacific Northwest. We have an in demand online business development service that sells itself.
Last year, we grew one of our client's businesses to over 187% and we have testimonials and a clear proof of the value we created for them. As for the sales associates, we give out generous commissions for sales and bonuses for recurring sales and excellent performance.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? :
1. $100K ANNUAL COMMISSION :: Easy Potential for $100K annual commission if you sold 1 pro package every weeks at advertised price.
2. RECURRING COMMISSION :: Recurring commission can be upto $1000/per month for even a *SINGLE* sale of the enterprise package at advertised price. The bonus is recurring as long as the client stays with us.
3. NO COMMISSION CAPS :: No Commission caps whatsoever. If you sell more, you get more money.
4. QUARTERLY BONUS :: Top performers may get additional BONUSES every quarter.
5. EASY-TO-SELL SERVICE :: We have an in demand service that sells itself, we don't bill clients till we show some results. So it is easier to sell.
6. LEADS PROVIDED :: We will provide you with leads (of course you can get your own as well, or you can give us a process to find leads, we will find leads for you based on your process, within reason of course. We want you to focus on selling and will try to do everything we can to make it easier for you, again within reason)
7. HIGH QUALITY DEPENDABLE SERVICE :: We stand behind our product and the clients don't have to pay us till we create some results, so it is easier to sell to them.
8. PROOF PROVIDED :: We will provide you with testimonials and proof to use while you sell. (We grew one of our client's business to over 187%)
9. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE :: Our customer service response time is getting shorter and shorter every day. We are passionate about our customer service.
10. FLEX SCHEDULE :: We Offer flexible schedule. Although core business hours are recommended to make your co-ordination with others easier.
11. TELECOMMUTING OPTION :: Depending on which team you join you may have a option to work from home. More and more of our sales teams are moving in that direction.
12. PROMOTIONS & GROWTH :: Candidates with good blend of Sales, Management and Leadership skills will be promoted to manager position. Managers get a higher commission rate on sales they make as well as a percentage of all the sales their team makes. All commissions are recurring.
